The work was done in collaboration with prof. Matheus P. Freitas and Laize A. F. Andrade from the Federal University of Lavras. This compound has diastereotopic H and F atoms, which were used to understand the conformational preferences of this molecule experimentally by using <sup>1<\/sup>H and <sup>19<\/sup>F NMR spectroscopies.
