We have just published a paperĀ about the Ishikawa’s reagent, a fluorination reagent. The work was done in collaboration with prof. Matheus P. Freitas and Laize A. F. Andrade from the Federal University of Lavras. This compound has diastereotopic H and F atoms, which were used to understand the conformational preferences of this molecule experimentally by using 1H and 19F NMR spectroscopies. Take a look at our Publications page to get the link of this new publication at the Beilstein Journal of Organic Chemistry.
